Place all dry ingredients into a bowl, mix
together. Add honey, condensed milk & mix in hands until the dough
effect.
Take little pieces at a time & shape into
small balls.
Place on a greased tray & bake at 180C
for 15 minutes or until just beginning to be light brown. Makes about
12.
Dietitian’s comments: These muesli balls
are packed with goodness, including carbohydrates & fibre . The
wholemeal flour is definitely a healthier alternative to refined white
flour.
To maintain a balanced diet, control
your portions by having only 3 muesli balls per serving.
