Strategy

In a world of packaged food with exotic labels, prize winning coupons & expiry dates, we have reached a level of dependency on such products that robbed us of the basic knowledge & pleasures of preparing a meal, all in the name of speed & convenience.

The effect on children has a more dire consequence.

Children are growing up in a world where food is no longer a pleasure to prepare & savour, it is but mere fuel.

Cool Kids Cooking is working to change all that.

We have started 8 cooking programmes throughout Auckland central & have compiled operating manuals to successfully duplicate our system.

We are in the process of starting 5 pilot operations, 2 new ones in Auckland, the remaining 3 Christchurch, Wellington & Hamilton.

We will then introduce our concept to the Australian market. We will be recruiting 5 licensees for Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth & Brisbane. We will increase the number of licensees by 5 more in the second year.

We will continue to grow our domestic & international operations to reach Europe, North America & Canada by the year 2008-9.

We endeavour to develop Cool Kids Cooking to an international standard of a cooking school, to reach out to as many children around the world & teach the benefits of preparing their own food.
